A Fistful of Easy Christmas Tunes for DG Melodeon
I’m really pleased to announce the launch of my very first tuition book! This will be the first of a whole series of tutorial books that are being planned for 2020 and beyond.
A Fistful of Easy Christmas Tunes is a digital PDF book of 4 tunes that each come with sheet music and a slow, close-up demo video. Choose to play Sussex Carol, Good King Wenceslas, O Little Town of Bethlehem or The First Nowell.
The sheet music is annotated with deconstructed left hand chords, showing you exactly which notes get the bass, which get the chord and which get nothing! The right hand melody is annotated with button numbers for 4th or 3rd button start instruments. If you’re not sure whether your instrument is 3rd or 4th, there’s an explanation at the beginning of the course with a tuning note to try against.
The book and videos are contained within a mini course just to keep everything in one place and give you easy, unlimited access to everything. An email will be sent upon purchase with instructions on how to log in and access the course.
What are you waiting for? Pick up and play some jolly festive tunes in time to entertain your friends and family this Christmas.

Next #AskMelonBox Live Q&A
My next Q&A will be coming at you live from the beautiful surroundings at Halsway Manor on Monday January 7th 2019.
Moving to YouTube Live
Many of you have told me that you’d love to tune in each month but that you don’t use Facebook. Therefore, starting in January 2019 I will be hosting the Q&A over on my YouTube channel (subscribe to my channel!) via YouTube live stream. I’ve never done this before so keep your fingers crossed for me that it works (especially with middle-of-nowhere broadband at Halsway!)
Send me your questions!
If you’re not able to put your questions to me during the live Q&A, then please get them to me before the day. You can contact me in the folowing ways:
email: ku.oc.cisumsggiblemnull@lem
All that’s left to say is have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! (And don’t forget to pick up your melodeon!)
